HAVO is ODERYN’s public research beta for understanding projects and places in Vietnam. This is what exists, what stays closed, and how the work is done.
In short
- HAVO covers 100 project identities, 50 in Hanoi and 50 in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Five projects have full dossiers; the other 95 are identity-only for now.
- There are no price feeds, because there are no publication rights yet.
- Gaps and conflicts stay visible instead of being filled with estimates.

HAVO brings source-linked project data, location context, evidence gaps and decision tools together for Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. It is designed to help people investigate a place, not to sell them a property or manufacture a ranking.
Data rights, refresh quality and real usefulness are still being tested. The numbers below describe research coverage, not listings, units for sale or completed reviews.

What remains closed
- Transaction or observed asking-price ranges without written data rights
- Resident reviews without identity, response and dispute safeguards
- Partner packages, paid leads, deposits or brokerage activity
- Overall scores, legal-safety claims and paid ranking positions
How the work is done
- Identify. Keep project, phase, tower and legacy location boundaries explicit.
- Source. Record the publisher, original URL, check date and review due date.
- Keep gaps. Show conflicts and missing evidence instead of filling them with estimates.
- Prove use. Open more features only after real interviews, refresh cycles and rights checks.
The boundary
HAVO does not sell property, hold deposits, provide brokerage, guarantee legal safety or recommend an investment. Anyone considering a transaction should verify the exact unit and documents with the appropriate authorities and qualified professionals.
Research or data-rights enquiries
